I have been touched by the words
Of some genius poets and brave dreamers
Illuminated by the all-knowing light
Carried into the midnight romance
And I have made love
In the morning’s hush

I have never felt at home –
The amazement of belonging

I have never found heaven –
The safety of a warm embrace

Like I did, with you

When the music played
And lilacs bloomed

    1. Thank you so much for letting me know!! This is weird because one of my followers just emailed me and said they can only see the title. Weird. Glad to hear you enjoyed it. Much love – Noora

Ah, your words resonates within a very familiar yet forgotten place within. For me it was lilies blooming on lilac dawns. Indeed, octaves once belonging together never forgets their nostalgic melodies.
…. and I am here, while you are there. Thank you! *smile*
